Pakistani Hindustani

This is an appeal to the haters of both the country,'Dear sir you'll not be appeased after reading this article'.Since,1947 the scent and the wounds of a bloody partition is still fresh in the minds of the border dwellers of both the countries.Their mind still cries blood when the event of partition strikes their mind.Nobody ever wanted that a line be demarcated and people from either side jump a km to make two nations. What have we both made out of it.Both the land were ours,we produced from it.We used to grow crops on it. Isn't it the same land where a  farmer used to plow. Isn't it the same land where a postman used to deliver letters. Now,the only difference is the postman is known as Indian and the farmer as Pakistani. Why?Only due to a Line. All hatred since that only bloody partition.

Yes,the partition was a big mistake, but wasn't our founding fathers in the influence of the foreign rulers then.Weren't the foreigners misinterpreting us and dividing us in the name of religion. Why,should we pay for their selfish mistakes?.

The mass killings of children, the events of terrorism, the bomb blasts. All these are only because we are imitating of being enemies,in reality its not.Ask the villagers who live along the borders of Rajasthan, how the co-operate and talk to each others well  beings as their fore fathers had been same?.They are the real people who get some benefit when an AMAN KI ASHA floats across the countries. These hate propaganda is only by the militarized outfits and terrorists who try to soil the image of both the countries and get an advantage. There was never a Hindustani and Pakistani in the ancient days, all lived in prosperity, togetherness and harmony. We can still be the same old Samaritans. The.The only thing we need to keep in mind is the love for humanity.
As,you are precious and so is the one in front of you!

N.B:  this is just a viewpoint gathered from relevant sources and information.

Our Real Heros

The ias officers i found most inspiring

1.Armstrong Pame

He is one genuine IAS officer of 2009 batch from Nagalandpart. This young IAS has made the dreams of a remote village people come true. He raised a fund to build a 100km road(called as People’s Road) that connects the remote part of the state without any aid of the government through Facebook. Since then he is called as the Miracle Man by villagers. By this achievement he was invited by facebook headquarter   Calif. To Share how he  managed to use social media for such an noble cause.this person made the proverb true "when the going gets tough the tough gets going".

2.Ashok Khemka

Ashok Khemka is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer in the Indian state of Haryana and best known for cancelling the mutation of Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra's illegal land deal in Gurgaon. He has been transferred 45 times in 23 years by state governments after he exposed corruption in the departments he was posted in.still going strong.

3U.Sgayam

Committed to his job and firstly to his will U.Sagayam former collector of Madurai is one person whom you could not see very often. He has dedicated his life to the service of public and have made all his assets public. In his tenure of 20 years he got transferred 19 times. He Got transferred as MD of Co-optex from the designation of Madurai Collector when he launched an investigation on 16000 crore granite quarry mafia.

4.Alex paul menon
DC,Sukma Chattisgarh

Is an example of true valor and intelligence,On the evening of April 21, 2012, Mr. Menon had just finished his lunch and was about to preside over a function to announce the introduction of some agricultural schemes. But there was a squad of Maoists hiding among the villagers, and they suddenly launched an attack, killing two of Mr. Menon’s bodyguards. He was then taken hostage.

Mr. Menon was released after spending 13 days in Maoist captivity. He is now the deputy CEO at the office of the Chief Electoral Officer in Chhattisgarh. How,Mr. Menon turned the fate of a village chandbirri by small steps of governance is commendable, which bridged the gap between the maoists and villagers.

Mio Amore-the new Monginis of Eastern India

Monginis brand owned by the Mumbai-based Khorakiwala family, Switz Foods Pvt. Ltd. (SFPL).

The city-based company with a group turnover of around Rs.400 crore (unaudited) in 2014-15 manufactures cakes and cookies.
While it retailed the cakes under the Monginis brand, it also sold packaged cupcakes and cookies. It has a daily capacity of 150 tonnes for the group and 10 tonnes for SFPL. It employs 6,000 people of which 3,000 are in direct employment.
However, the 26-year-old arrangement with a certain section of the Khorakiwala family to manufacture and market cakes under the Mongini brand in West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and North East came to an end from May 1, 2015 through an out-of-court settlement.
The discord was mainly over the business plan being followed by Switz Foods Pvt Ltd., which had begun pushing its own brand Winky’s (packaged cakes) and started contract manufacturing for companies such as Britannia and ITC.

Just as SFPL stopped using the Monginis brand, the Khorakiwalas will also not market their products for three years from May 2015 in West Bengal and the North East as part of the resolution arrived at through mediation.
Following this settlement, Monginis, which had become a household-name in cakes and pastries in the state and Odisha, vanished from shop shelves of the 210 stores. The franchises emerged in a new avatar Mio Amore with a new brand logo and new colour scheme. The stores too donned a new look.

In"Tolerance"

As the father of our nation said" INTOLERENCE IS ITSELF A FORM OF VIOLENCE AND AN OBSTACLE TO THE GROWTH OF A TRUE DEMOCRATIC SPIRIT"

Its also a true story that he died due to this caste religion trade off during that era.India is not new to intolerance there have been instance since there were aryans in India. This has been a long lasting phenomenon till now.

Now it's not about tolerating,it's complete politics, and to mention here dirty politics.India got it's independence in 1947,which resulted also into two countries mostly due to the differences between the Muslim League and Congress. Both the parties had some issues which for whatever reasons couldn't resolve and that gave birth to the two nation theory by Mountbatten. So,after 67 years of independence our dependence on religion politics hasn't been at large. It still continues and to be precise ,it has been used by Congress as their Sole weapon in cache. Not to mention BJP hasn't been behind too.

The latest incident where Md.Akhlaq,a normal Indian citizen was Mob Lynched in Dadri,U.P over a rumor that there have been BEEF in his house and that he had consumed some. All this happened and his son too got critically injured and later it was found that the meat was of a GOAT.The question here isn't about an animal, the focus here is on the human instincts of the so called intolerant HINDUS.

I mentioned so called Intolerant ,cause those people who attacked MD.Akhlaq were politically motivated people. The fringe elements shouls be discouraged and not to given much air.Very Sadly the incident was taken as a poltical agenda whreas there should have been immediate criminal incrimidation on the mob.

Hindus have been lving with all the religions in India since eternity,it were the Mughals when they came and ruled India where the Hindus showed true Secularism. In the 13th century when Delhi Sultanate was dethroned and Babur invaded Delhi, hindus were more than 90%,when he had killed a lot of Hindu rulers and Kingsmen. But still, due to thier benevolent and Just kings like Akbar,Shah jahan there was always tolerance, and it will prevail always. An incident like this will only make us more strong and remind us the days of Akbar and Independence where all Hindus and Muslims lived happily. Our country is an example of Unity and Diversity and we Strive for it.vJai Hind!

                               "The Benign Festivals Of ODISHA"

Very few people know this but the fact is ODISHA is also a state full of a bounty of festivals apart from the pristine beaches, mighty deiteis, indigenious people, tonnes of resources  and dubios insugents.

You must have heard about visit Odisha Serene,Pure and Sublime,by the tourism gimmicks and ads. But,the juice of what we people like to do is an interesting story full of emotions, drama and action. The festivities in Odisha predate to the ancient times when there used to be thousands of smaller Kingdoms,of which few were wealthier and powerful.Say,the Balangir kingdom, the Mayurbhanj Kingdom also  the Balasore kingdom these are one of the few fortunate which had the power of negotiation until the british gave in.Time has flown too fast but our taste and determination to carry the hier of our festivities is still going stonger day by day.

Generally, the festive season  starts just at the end of monsoons,to be precise the harvesting season of kharif crops when we have the "NUAKHAI" festival.

Image result for nuakhai This day is celebrated with huge fervor and joy,all over Odisha.it touches the hearts of the farmers all around the state and is considered one of the most celebrated one.Basically,we are overly joyous that this season has given us some substantial agricultural produce by which we can sustain and it marks the good omen for the peasants. It  is mandatory that all the family members must be present during the first offerings(new wheat grain) served to the deity and savour the first meal together. This ceremony marks harmony among the families throughout all the villages, mostly western districts of the state where this festival originated.
This falls an the fifth day of the Lunar Fortnight of Bhadraa(August-September) month. If you do want to catch the glorious glimpse of the nuakhai parab do visit,Sambalpur,Balangir,Kantabhanji,Kalahandi or Sundergarh.Don't forget to say "Nuakhai Juhaar"(greeting on the new harvest)!!

The Real Kashmir

Image of Greater Kashmir Taken From 35,000feet +Pratik Pattnaik
After an enchanting tour to the mesmerizing beauty of the Valley, its marred state of affairs will be an eye opener for many of us.The Kashmir of our dreams is not the real Kashmir where each and everyone are safe and sound. There is a paradox when we say that "Kashmir is the heaven on earth".It might be one of the most beautiful of places but,a place can't only be appreciated for its beauty their people have to be progressive to catch up with the whole world.

The real Kashmir lies hidden behind those torn winter clothes, barbed wires along the slums, the unfinished houses, the sad faces of villagers, the make shift homes in lakes, the rampant unemployment and counting.Starting from their apex district "Srinagar",which they say is the most developed has a feeble infrastructure.Electricity is something one can;t rely on 100%.People are unemployed and the sad truth is most of the people including the youth are making the Tourism sector as their bread and butter.Being too much reliant on the tourism sector leads to failure in other sectors. The educational sector is in a very dismal state here. Here education sector has been cropped up as a purely profitable buisiness by the private sector, where education is less and profit motive is higher. The families here also don't have much of Social Security schemes provided to them by the state govt. They all are completely on their own.Even the poorer of poor that is the BPL families are being ignored.Being a special Status state of India it enjoys the provisions of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution,But on what cost??.

The Article 370 provides that the Union of India can have only those 3 powers it used to have when the then king of Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh had signed the Instrument of Accession in 1947.Those 3 powers are Defence,Communication and Foreign Affairs. We have already seen that Armed forces of a number amounting  grossly 7.5Lakh have been deployed in the state, which is more than enough. This is always been a matter of discontent on the part of the residents but its a "necessary evil" for the people to weed out the episodes of Terrorism here.

Communication is largely contributed here by the private players and BSNL,giving a true taste of the mixed economy. But,as security being the main point of concern here not all pvt. players are majorly based in the greater part of Kashmir.

Most dilapidated of all is the "Foreign Affairs" as not everyone is  sure of as to whom they support, until the 80's Pakistan had dominated by playing dirty politics. It played the Muslim card and polarized the Separatists by promoting Jihad all over the POK and west Kashmir. The picture is a bit clearer nowadays with a coalition govt of BJP and PDP being at the state. The citizens of lower Kashmir have no problem whatsoever and support the cause of development, but the greater Kashmir people are still in jeopardy and live in a false pride of greatness of Mughal kings. The previous generation still thinks of the great deeds of Mughals and compare themselves with them. They are now in state where they have lost all the trust  in the political parties, ugliest of all being Sayed Geelani, the present head of All Hurriyat Conference.

Shalimar Garden -Srinagar(Mughal Garden)

The people are now ready for a change,a miracle which can kiskstart their economy and fire up their kitchen stoves.More,Inclusive development is needed here with massive industrialization.Once, the economy picks up they can think of banks, hospitals,it and better service sectors. All of these boils to simple Question: "Is false Pride or Life is greater?"
Amending an article doesn't mean that they will be robbed of their independence. On the contrary if at a minor tweak is made in the Article, the Kashmiri's would be millionaires within days. The state has so much of potential that even a pennies' investment could give a return of thousands. So,the people need to understand and choose between true development and false self obsessiveness. If the other Indian states had never taken the help and shelter of the Union how could they all be so prosperous today. As of today even the poorest of Indian State is Economically and Demographically 10-20 years ahead of Kashmir. The people must start to co-operate and join hands with the union to achieve the True Kashmir Of Dreams.

                                                                    When the time is right

"Time my friend is costlier than diamond,as abundant as air,but if misused it  slips like sand".
It is thus unflinchingly the most valuable commodity in the universe. But,relating it to the general theory of relativity,of which i am too less unaware of!, you  will find that time is a mere scientific commodity ,you can induce it into mathematical calculations, you can skew it as you like to the pleasure of defining space. As we all staunch rationalists believe that this universe is nothing but the even intermix of time and space.I beg to differ what I think of universe is true is choice.

The choices we constantly make in our lives,i think choices are the means by which we are defined in the future or past or even the present.Mind the decision your upto make as it might affect the future of not yours but all the lives which are minutley interwoven to your life bu the eternity. To imagine this situtation, you can think of a cotton fabric with a mesh of millions of small threads of cotton, assume one unction  of four minute threads to be you, think if your decision was to blow away and rupture that junction, what results is the whole cloth will diminish naturally.

Now we are clear that choices have to be made in our lives may it be good or bad.According to the situation in our hand, with our sumptous aptitude and decision making skill we have to take decisions but when? When is the time right?.We always hear our eleders say do it when the time is right.I will tell you when the time is ripe.Don't you think a few seconds ago we considered the time a mere equation value now almost became something we can't imagine. When we were infants we might never have understood politics ,hipocrisy and sarcasm but our dear friend maturity or rather say time taught us so.Always when our elders directed us when the time is right, and out of the blue at some time you get the needed information which was held up from you then.Do you think this all happens out of blue, just mystery, magic, undetermined!!! No

I must tell you its never. Its written we say, whenever we cant explain things which are way beyond our calculations and those things which we refer to as written are Omens. Each one of us has some inner capacity of determining whats going to happen next which is not magic and its sometime referred to as intuition.Damn right it is and you should constantly work upon it to improve it.The intuition we are referring here is hte ability to judge the omens around you and be able to predict the imminent possibilities. One way to think this is making a perfect decision by waving out all the improbable choices and predicting correctly.Practised men do it as effortlessly that it seems the are gypsies!.But for you me its upto us whether we believe!
Atleast not in what other people do but in Ourselves and that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE!!
